New analytics and cost controls are available for Claude Enterprise

What is new

• Analytics dashboard: cost and usage breakdown by SCIM group and individual user, including output types and their cost
• Model entitlements: admins set which models are available per group
• Spend alerting: configurable thresholds, alerts before overages
• Analytics API: finance and IT teams can pull same metrics into their reporting systems
• Claude Code insights: two new tabs — Value (productivity) and Usage (active devs, session counts, top commands), updated daily

Why it matters

Claude Enterprise has grown to large organizations with thousands of users. Admin visibility into where tokens and money go has been a long-missing tool. This release answers the CFO question: how much are we spending, on what, and who is consuming it?

Available in the admin console at claude.ai for Enterprise and Team plans. Analytics API available via standard API endpoint.
