GitHub Copilot Agent Now Available in JetBrains AI Assistant, Plus Per-User Credit Budgets for Enterprise

• Claude Sonnet 5 in Copilot (GA): Anthropic's new model available across Pro, Pro+, Max, Business, and Enterprise tiers with Zero Data Retention support.
• Per-user AI credit budgets: enterprise admins can set per-user AI credit limits at the cost-center level.

Why it matters
