Linear: release pipeline changelogs, private sub-teams and per-tab desktop history

What's new

• Release pipeline changelogs: each release pipeline now consolidates release notes in one place, with optional auto-generation from pipeline settings.
• Private sub-teams: orgs can create restricted sub-teams (visible but joinable only by the parent team) or fully hidden ones (Business + Enterprise).
• Desktop tabs with per-tab history: each tab keeps its own back/forward stack — going back no longer jumps you across tabs; pinned tabs persist across sessions.
• OAuth application manifests: pre-fill OAuth app setup via URL params or JSON manifest for programmatic configuration.

Why it matters

Teams running multiple release pipelines (multi-product or multi-service monorepos) get hands-off changelogs. Private sub-teams finally enable sensitive projects (security, M&A) inside the same workspace.

How to try it

Update the Linear desktop app for the new tab model; enable changelog auto-generation in pipeline settings; create private sub-teams from Team → Create sub-team on Business or Enterprise.
