Mistral AI and Nvidia confirmed Mistral Compute — a sovereign AI cloud for Europe on 18,000 Grace Blackwell superchips, already partly live. The Bruyères-le-Châtel data center north of Paris ($830M in debt) has GB200 systems deployed and targets 44 MW. Foxconn–Bull will manufacture servers in France.
