Temporary Cloudflare Accounts for AI agents

What happened

Cloudflare shipped wrangler deploy --temporary, letting any AI agent deploy a Worker without an existing account. The temporary deployment lives 60 minutes – during which the human can one-click promote it into a full personal account.

Context and impact

Agents fail at exactly the moment they hit human UX: OAuth, MFA, copying API tokens. Cloudflare sidesteps that at the infrastructure layer – the agent can even iterate on the Worker and redeploy within the 60-minute window before the human ever sees it.
